This lodging is close to restaurants and other services, but is enough removed from busy streets to be calm and quiet.

Our one overnight was fine. There was no decaf coffee, one of the beds in 221 made a noise on any movement, and there was a strong odor in the refrigerator..The TV cable was disconnected but we figured it out. The bathroom was clean, the beds were made up nicely.

The tub/shower had a water leak that could not be turned off. Not just a drip; constant stream of water. Also the hair dryer did not work.

The room and hallways needed to be cleaner, especially the room (nose goblin on the bathroom wall, candy wrapper in the floor by the headboard), but Cyndi at the front desk was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was exceptional. The gentleman working who checked us in was wonderful, same one who checked us out. Room was nice and comfortable. Only one issue, The tub looked a little dirty. We didn’t have plans on using it, so it was not too big of a deal.’ Food for breakfast was nice. My husband had an issue with the coffee maker and one of the coffee choices had all water coming out. The front desk older lady was behind him when he went to empty it out. Not sure she knew what he was doing at first but gave him a look, so my husband explained what happened and then she said to him “Well you have to let the Breakfast Attendant know. He told her that he already did. I think her tone/approach came off a bit cold. At first we thought she was giving him a look because she thought he was just wasting coffee. She appeared to be watching him every time he got up to go get coffee or get one for me. It just felt a little weird like she was the coffee police. Other than that, everything was exceptionally great.

The last time I was here, I complained about the marihuana Snell in the hotel rooms. That issue was solved!! I had a great stay. Breakfast is good. Front desk Marko was very helpful and kind. I was lo come back.

The hotel was very humid. When we stepped into the room, there was a smell. Not a bad smell, but a flowery cleaner type of smell. This is not good for someone who has breathing issues. The check in people were nice. Very old type hotel, lobby furniture looked and felt like it was for a child's room. Very low to the ground. Breakfast was good.

The room had some things that needed to be repaired. The room smelled like a pet urine. They should clean rooms after pets' stay. I missed the Bible in the room, which is a USA tradition. Not able to go to the gym was locked. I suggest to open the gym earlier than 9 am. I liked the separate rooms choice for families. I liked that is a non smoke hotel. I liked the Christmas decorations including the beautiful Christmas tree.

I think this is a fair value for the pricepoint, which I would view as low-mid. The room was as described & looked renovated & clean. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom had a nice tub. The TV was the usual flat screen but needed 2 controllers to cover all of the basic functions. The checkin person was friendly, polite and efficient. The breakfast was better than anticipated, with tasty scrambled eggs, sausage patties and fresh pancakes. When in the area for another track meet, I will return here.
