Room was clean, no elevator, if price was any higher would not have stayed there. Overall good hotel.

Newport Harbor Island Resort
The rooms were clean and staff were pleasant. Not everyone uses the stairs, however I do. The stairs had dust balls that must have been accumulating for quite a long time. The door knobs were broken and difficult to open. Those areas should be more focused.
