"Lovely stay but there were a few issues in the room - extractor fan that sounded like a plane taking off in a storm, the room was over heating with no air conditioning, a radiator that either went super hot or off, windows that barely opened and a fan that was on it's last legs. Still a lovely hotel and decour in the room. Thought at times service could be better with bar maid seemingly uninterested in helping a young probably first day on the job waitor and concierge staff that neither greeted on entrance or exit. I guess they only spoke to overseas tourists and not the midweek local Belfast riff raff."
