"Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude"

"The room was terrible. There were multiple stains on the carpet and chair. The bed was broken. There was chipped paint everywhere. Very small room. The staff did not care. They said they would put a towel between the bed and wall so it didn't hit the wall. The room smelled like smoke. It was a terrible ..."
