"The property was well maintained. When we checked in to the hotel and went to our room the door was propped open, the room was clean but the tv was not working, I went back to the front desk and requested another room, at first the clerk seemed hesitant but did give me another room. On that floor the ice machine was broken and dismantled and it looked like it had been there awhile. There was a fabulous indoor pool and a sauna but when you asked for extra towels they said they didn't have any available, I went back down much later to ask for towels and that clerk said she couldn't give me any towels. So we were unable to use the amenities because we needed towels for the shower, that was disappointing. The breakfast left alot to be desired, there was not even fruit available. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"Above and beyond Customer EXPECTATIONS .... I came to this property for a funeral for a family member. I had not been to Albany in over 25 years. The customer service & entire staff ( all WORK CAPACITIES ) were AMAZING, TOP TIER AND THE ECHELON OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS MARRIOTT PROPERTY. 10 OUT OF 10 I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND ‼️"

"The property itself was nice. You can tell the rooms have been redone. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The front desk when we checked in was helpful. Once we got settled in we realized we only had 1 towel. We asked for more and we had to follow up later again to actually get more. We had no coffee or cups in our room and had to ask for that too. The coffee maker didn’t even work. The breakfast was sufficient. Check out was easy. We would stay again despite the little problems."

"The rooms were clean and well done. The bathroom was clean, floors clean. Room noise was quiet and beds comfortable! The walk in to the hotel smelled like smoke but they have the smoker section right by the front door. We were told at check in the pool was closed but then there were people in it later in the evening. Showers good pressure and plenty of hot water. I would stay there again!"
