"Rooms were dirty, bedding was nasty ( blood stains) food crumbs on the floors of the rooms and hallways, shampoo & lotion bottles empty. Just over all not a good experience and we will not return."

It will NOT be reversed upon checkout as was told by front desk. “Oh yeah, it’ll go right back there tomorrow when you check out!”. Not just a card on file for incidentals. I think this should be more clear. It wasn’t an issue for me, but people should be aware of how this ACTUALLY works. Honesty goes a long ways. While the room and everything else was great, there was a great degree of mistrust caused."
