"Beautiful property within walking distance of restaurants, takeouts, stores and pubs. All in all a great stay since being there for 5 nights we had a kitchen/fridge/dining table and living room - especially since most breakfast restaurants are not open until 9am. Had some questions about the hot water and the owner was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was too many stairs for us with luggage since I am diabetic and had a broken shoulder. Wasn't a problem without our luggage."

"We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. It was very clean and comfortable, sunny and bright. The location was excellent. It is adjacent to the River Ayr. While there isn't a view of the river itself (because it is blocked by trees), it is an easy walk and very nice way to enjoy the local wildlife. Morrison's is within walking distance for groceries. All manner of shopping can be found at the town centre, which is also a short walk. Definitely recommend staying here. Only...
