"The hotel was very clean and very organized. Check in with simple. Breakfast in the morning started earlier than we expected, which was awesome because we had to get an early start on our day. I would highly recommend staying at this location."
"1) I had to go buy an extra blanket because they said they didn’t have extras.
2) Air conditioner was very loud, it turned on/off constantly all night.
3) Room smelled musty upon arrival.
4) Satellite TV worked intermittently.
5) Shower water pressure was very low."

8/10 Good
"Overall the stay was good. The staff at the hotel were very kind, but several issues made the stay concerning. The elevator made a loud, unsettling noise every time the doors opened and closed, which did not feel safe.
At check‑in, I informed the staff that although my reservation was for four people, only three would be staying, and that my son would be arriving later. I asked whether he should pick up the key or come straight up. Instead of answering the question, the staff repeatedly reassured me that having more than four people visit the hotel was fine due to graduation week, which was not what I was asking. It felt as though they were not listening.
I also called the hotel the day before to confirm the reservation, since I never received any notification. The phone line was busy most of the day. On the day of arrival, I tried calling several times to let the hotel know we would be checking in late, and again the phone was busy almost the entire day.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The muffins and biscuits were raw inside, and the eggs and sausage were only lukewarm, cold by the time I sat down to eat. But the selection of food was good."
"We absolutely loved having brown stains on our ceiling, mattresses and sheets. The toilet didn’t flush properly, had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Sheets didn’t fit the bed and we had to constantly pull them back on. Beds way too small. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It was a dismal experience."
"Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. "
