Det var godt nok en lav karakter. Hvad mon vi kunne have gjort for gæsten for at hun kunne have et perfekt ophold som mange andre på Nexø Hostel.

Friendly staff, lovely rooms and shared spaces
Walk from bus stop is tough in the heat (and herding a toddler along) but hostel was great. Clean, comfortable rooms. We were initially placed in wrong type of room but manager quickly and kindly corrected the error and even upgraded us to a nicer room. Easy bus ride to charming town of Svaneke or to local beaches at Balka and Dueodde.

fräscht vandrarhem.
Trevligt och fräscht vandrarhem med rymligt gästkök och bekväma sängar, lantlig miljö och kort promenad in till Nexö centrum. God frukost.

Dyrt til prisen. Utrolig små værelser helt oppe under taget. Ikke dansktalende personale. Ingen hjælp at hente da værelset skulle anvises. Snavset gulv, meget lydt, kunne høre når personen i naboværelset vendte sig i sengen, eller gik rundt på værelset. Skulle selv rede sengen op.

Dear Charlotte. Thank you for your stay.To information. Additional discounts are available for guests who stay more than 1 night with us. Also your booking site have extra discount programs, you can join. We are sorry to say we do not agree that the room rate is expensive. We must pay 25% VAT, % fee for your booking site must be deducted. In addition, the rate includes linen sets and towels (Sets sold elsewhere up to DKR 125 per set), security, maintenance. And of course, we also treat our valued staff who all live locally well and we got a collective agreement with the trade union. You also receive value points from your booking site. It can't be cheaper since we run a legal business. When it is high season, our Hostel is fortunately fully booked, and this can of course be heard from time to time. We naturally clean the rooms before our guests arrive, and if the floor has been dirty, we apologize, it must not happen. Our staff have been around you all the time, and if there has been the slightest thing, you just tell us. Several of our guests appreciate that the guest must make the beds themselves. One of the reasons is that the guest can see that EVERYTHING is clean, the mattress, mattress topper, pillow, duvet is freshly washed and clean. We are proud to show our level of cleanliness, it gives our guests peace of mind, and they can concentrate on enjoying Bornholm.

It would of course have been easier if you had approached the reception with missing equipment in the kitchen. Vil helt sikkert vælge dette hostel igen.
Dejligt værelse med eget toilet/bad. Opholdets eneste ulempe var dog, at man skulle tilgå toilet/bad ude i det fælles gangareal. Der er dog værelser med bad inde på værelset også. Det vil vi vælge næste gang. Mulighed for at spise både inde og ude. Der kunne godt være flere udemøbler/ borde-bænkesæt. Stort fælleskøkken med adgang til køleskab var dejligt. Skønt udeområde og let parkering. Det varme vejr gjorde at værelset var meget varmt, og der var desværre ikke kroge til at holde de åbne vinduer sikkert på plads. Gode senge med gode dyner og hovedpuder. Tæt på byen og indkøb.

Vi hade hund med oss, och det enda sätt att ta sig upp till rummet, var genom en spiraltrappa i järn, något man borde upplysas om då många hundar inte går i sådana trappor. Det var även väldigt lyhört.

Tak for anmeldelsen. Vi vil gøre mere ud af at informerer om trapperne. I forbindelse med hundeudstillingen d. 11 til 14 august kunne det høres lyde på hostelet, da alle værelser er bookede inkl. 30 hunde. Vi syntes din karakter er meget lav ift. den service og høje niveau vi tilbyder vore gæster. I forbindelse med hundeudstillingen havde vi endda lavet en hunde salon til lejligheden.

Bra hostel lite utanför centrum
Ett bra hostel med bra sängar. Skönt när man kan fixa lite mat själv, då det är en bit att gå till byn. Bra med husgeråd och tillgång till kylskåp ett + - vi fick insatt en extrasäng till barnbarnet- jättebra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka
