Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

"The property was clean and the staff were helpful, however, basic maintenance was needed in our room. Firstly, the toilet was leaking on the floor and needed repair and second the shower would not drain and water built up. Although convenient to the airport, the room could have been better."

"They were excellent... Staff was very pleasant... Rooms were very nice... Laundry service had quick turnaround and done very professionally... They also went above and beyond to help coordinate transport... Highly recommend this place if you Come to Hanoi! Love these guys!!"
