Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Cau Ong Lanh4 nights3.0 star property9.8/10 - Exceptional (165 reviews)"My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception..."Reviewed September 29, 2025Return • Singapore (SIN) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)SIN - SGN • Direct SGN - SIN • DirectS$2,291S$719found 1 day agoper traveller - Landmark 81 Skyscraper

Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. "This was a great place to stay. Just what i needed for my time there as a single traveler. Everything was close by and check-in was very easy. The room was clean, a/c worked fine and the host was very helpful."
"We booked two rooms of Deluxe King bed category and was given their smallest rooms. Then instead of being honest and transparent about half of the rooms having non-working air conditioning issues, they dishonestly over and over insisted that we were in the correct category. During the stay, every request was answered with sorry we can’t because we are short staffed. On our last day, the staff was not present and the door was locked so we couldn’t get out to our waiting taxi to get to the...
"Love this place, cozy and clean. Great for solo traveler."
"The room was clean enough. Staff brought chocolate and fruit daily. Was a stain on sheets (whatever). My biggest issue is they advertised black out curtains and didnt advertise that this room has no windows. Nor did they contact me after booking. They required me to pay more in order to get a room with window (which is standard in vietnam) however, their rooms were being advertised with blackout curtains and the other offerings (same i upgraded to) were advertised same way. Also, the free...

"Great stay at Icon. It’s not a full service hotel, just a staff in lobby (but very friendly). The room was futuristic, very clean and free mini bar which was nice after traveling all day. Great location, walking distance to all the sites, restos etc. If you’re in to clubbing, there’s a few big clubs next door, but you don’t hear any noise etc and patrons aren’t noisy. I’d stay here again"
"Staff and room all great"
