チェックアウトの際、コーヒー用スプンが無くなった。コーヒーカップもスプンも使ってないないのに。。結局、従業員ねミスだった様ですが、少し残念に思えました。

가성비 괜찮은호텔

바퀴벌레만 아니면 꽤괜찮은 호텔이고요 가성비는 좋은편입니다.....단점은 방음은 별로이고 장점은 정말 위치가 좋은편입니다....바로 앞에 한국음식점도 새로열었고...^^

Building site

This hotel has rude staff, and has a sky scraper being built nx door. No hot water, and I've had better meals out of a 10 man rashion box in the Marines. Stay away from this dump.

雖然近海灘，但職員態度很差！

雖然近海灘，但職員態度很差，分別在兩晚食完晚飯到櫃檯問職員關於行程問題，只以SORRY I DON'T KNOW 了事，極不主動幫助解決問題！整間酒店跟相片很大出入，房間床舖不乾淨！

職員們都是年青人, 很熱誠, 儘力解決我們的問題, 房間整潔舒適. 頂樓自助早餐豐富. 鄰近夜市, 超市. 餐廳林立, 但酒店位於窄巷內, 乘的士的話要在路口下車, 步行一分鐘

Not good for the price paid!

Staff spoke little English and on our last day they didn't give us fresh towels but took the old one. It took 45 minutes and 3 trips to reception to finally get a towel.

Do not stay at this hotel!!!!

It took them 45 mins to find are booking when it was right under there noses then they tried to make it look like it was are fault the staff at this hotel is very poorly trained They keep you passport in a unlocked draw at reception The rooms are not clean and unsafe The safe in the room is not bolted down you could just pick it up and walk away with it Will never stay at this hotel again

DON'T STAY HERE!

Let me start by saying no part of my review is an exaggeration. I booked this hotel based on the photos in this Expedia page of the hotel and the rooms. The room we received is NOTHING like the photos. It was old, run down, smelly, not clean, extremely dimly lit, no soundproofing, and the bathroom was beyond disgusting! There were also ants in the room and on the bed! Even though we booked a non-smoking room it wreaked of stale cigarettes. I wish I had taken photos of it. We soon realised that there is in fact two Happy Light Hotels side by side, one is old and awful and the other is the one in the pictures. If you book here specify that you want a room in the new building. On top of the general level of dissatisfaction with the room there was also construction happening in the building beside us which started at 8am every morning and lasted the whole day. Due to the lack of adequate soundproofing you could hear traffic, pedestrians and constant car horns beeping all night. There was nothing in the minibar which wasn’t so important to us but worth a mention anyway.

Хороший отель

отель работает с пакетными туристами из России и Китая. Жили в угловом номере с Видом на море и город - это плюс и очень красиво, а вот постоянный шум от улицы - это минус. Завтраки однообразные, но каждый найдет что то для себя. Месторасположения отеля очень удобное.

- Cư xử của lễ tân dễ gây cho khách hàng tức giận. - Không rõ ai đã ói mửa vô ấm đun siêu tốc, quá kinh tởm. - Đèn trong phòng tắm hư. - Két sắt không có pin, không sử dụng được. - Đặt phòng qua Hotels.com thì KS không xuất hoá đơn VAT.

Good if you plan on being out all day

Great location and great pool deck. The breakfast was sub-par and was more like dinner left overs. No milk available for coffees. Also they keep your passport on check in until you check out which is something I find uncomfortable as it is an important personal document. They did not allow me to keep it even when I asked and was clearly uncomfortable. Room was relatively clean and had a great air conditioner (important as it gets quite hot). The bathroom gets very slippery as no shower curtain or screen - which made a bit of a mess! Overall good place to stay if you will be spending most your time outside hotel or on pool deck (great view).

Zum Übernachten geeignet, aber mit Toleranz

Flure und Zimmer können neuen Anstrich vertragen. Im Zimmer selbst haben wir Käfer und Ameisen erlegt. Das Bad ist sehr einfach, ohne Duschkabine. Beim Duschen setzt man alles unter Wasser und muss danach zur Toilette durchwaten. Klimaanlage und Bett waren okay, Fernseher und Minibar ausreichend. Gute Sicht vom Balkon auf das Meer, aber Wäsche trocknen ist dort verboten. Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Keine Butter und Marmelade, dafür uns unbekannte warme Speisen. Bei der Abreise wurde uns eine falsche Abflugzeit genannt. Nur mit dem schnellen Taxi kamen wir noch rechtzeitig zum Flughafen. Nächstes Mal lieber ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben und anderes Hotel nehmen.

Fürs Übernachten sehr gut

Das Hotel wurde seit unserem 1. Aufenthalt im April 2013 renoviert. Nicht überall, aber sehr sinnvoll und gut. Preiswert und sauber. Minuspunkt war unser Frühstückspaket, das wir bestellten aber nie gesehen hatten. Da klappte die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Küche gar nicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist IO.

위치는 너무 좋아요

호텔 청결이나 조식 수준 아주 좋아요 위치도 바닷가와 야시장, 여행자거리등 접근성 너무 좋구요 한가지 안좋았던건 객실에 개미가 너무 많아요 자는데 물어서 신경이 많이 쓰였 습니다. 이런것 빼고는 나무랄대가 없습니다

設備、スタッフは値段相応 朝食も、ベトナムの標準的な三ツ星。（感動は無いけど、普通の朝食がある） 特徴はオーシャンビューと、ビーチが近いこと。ただ、4-6月以外は波が高くて遊泳禁止 部屋から朝焼けがよく見えました

Хороший отель близко к городскому пляжу. рядом правда пара строек, но нам они не мешали. номера брали без сивью чему в последствии порадовались тк как окна выходили в противоположную сторону, а главная улица с сумасшедшим трафиком идёт вдоль всего пляжа. на дороге бибикают все и всегда. так что либо вид либо тишина :) перед отелем большая стоянка всегда есть место для мопеда. вечером там паркуются слипбасы и техника пегаса. роутеры в отеле расположены в разных концах коридора, поэтому вайфай в номерах слабый выход либо выйти в коридор либо в лобби. в ванне не кабинки душевой ни ванны. просто слив в полу. но этот момент нас особо не растроил.

Очень понравился отель, расположение просто супер!!! Были с 3-мя детьми в люксе с видом на море: просто замечательный номер! большой, просторный, а самое главное обслуживание на 100% (все запросы выполняли и причем бесплатно). Полное соответствие цена - качество. Завтраки однообразные, но каждый для себя найдет необходимое.

I do not have one positive thing to say about this, bus business masquerading as a hotel operator. We bought our room on Expedia and paid above marks rate for what we thought was a seaview room that looked pretty clean and spacious fr the pictures. When we arrived they checked us in without any explanation as to breakfast times, checkout, mini bar inclusions etc. Their English skills were almost non existent so communicating was incredibly difficult. The room key didn't work so had to be fixed when we got there. The bathroom stunk so badly that the whole room reeked of off eggs. The room was filthy dirty, had not been wiped, dusted or vacuumed or even been in for a while it seemed. A female staff member came to give the bathroom a cursory wipe over but it was redundant. The carpet was rank - with used toothpicks and toenail clippings on it! We walked down to reception and told them it needed to be cleaned and left for 2 hours. Upon our return nothing had been done. We had to ring reception twice and honest to god I don't think the cleaner had ever used a vacuum before. If you are Australian, English, American etc you will find the 'breakfast' (strange dinner food like stew and noodles) just off putting, as there are no other options - not even milk for coffee or butter for toast. When I asked for these things they actually just shook their head and said no.

조식이 부실하고 수영장이 없는 아쉬움

저렴한 가격에 잘 이용했지만.. 아침 뷔페는 좀 많이 부실한 감이 있네요.. 그리고 이 정도 호텔이면 수영장이 있을 법한데 없는게 아쉽고. 객실 화장실 샤워공간에 칸막이가 없어 샤워하면 화장실 바닥이 다 젖어버리네요..
