Amazing
Amazing hotel, the staff can’t do enough for you, very friendly and gave us a free room upgrade :) The desk organised a bike rental and to extent our stay for an extra day. Was so easy. We had an amazing view and comfiest beds. Buffet breakfast has verity and is different every day. Great location too

방은 깨끗했는데 어메니티가 안놓여있어서 요청해서 받았어요. 수영장은 안가봤네요. 프론트 데스크에 버스회사 전화해줄 수 있냐고 물어보고, 몇시간 뒤에 가서 혹시 전화하셨냐고 여쭤보니까 자기 바빠서 못했다고 하셔서 조금 .. 서비스 마인드가 우리나라랑 다른가 싶었어요. 조식이랑 수영장도 있으니 가성비는 매우 좋은 것 같습니다.

Nice hotel, good staff, plenty of choice for breakfast. Spa is run by a contractor, hence you will have to pay 50k for sauna too. Plenty of people from Russia in the hotel and the city, too. Hotel is a bit out of downtown, but this is Vietnam, everything is in a grabbike distance :)
