The staff is ok. The cleanness is not ideal, living bugs were found on the cabinet. Only 3 elevators serve over ten floors, so you have to wait over 15mins at peak hour.

Old, dirty with bug infested rooms

The rooms were old and dirty with bugs crawling all over when it gets warm. Plus it took ages to to get a lift down or up as too many people share the building. We stay only one night and was more than happy to forfeit the rest of our money by moving to better hotel. Signage for hotel pretty much non existent as it goes by different name in Vietnamese to what’s on the internet (Maika). There are so many more better hotels that are cleaner and newer and possibly cheaper too. DO NOT book this hotel!!!!!!!

Good 3 star condo hotel near beach

We had a sea side view with two bedrooms. It's a good value clean condo hotel near the beach along the main stripe. They provided clean towels and bottled water daily! Had free room wifi and a washer which is convenient to wash up beach clothes along with other listed amenities.

We came back just couple days ago and I give 5 stars for our stay in Maika Condotel!!!! We had a great time there!! I was skeptical when I reserved Maika for our stay in Nha Trang because of reviews. Anyway, I decided to do it because it's perfect location. Few days before we came there I contacted Maika through Facebook to make sure they have all my information. They found my reservation, confirmed everything and per my request ordered a car for us to meet us at the airport. The driver met us at the airport and drove to our place without a problem. Administrator met us downstairs, took us to our apartment, gave us keys and explained everything. I asked her Viber contact number and when I had any questions I send them a message through Viber. They answered me promptly and helped with all our needs. Cleaning ladies cleaned our apartment every day. We did not have a problem with elevators. Yes, sometimes after 5 pm we had to wait for elevators but no more than 3 minutes. One day before we left I send a message to Maiko asking to meet us in our apartment next day for check out and order a car to the airport for us. We did not have any problem!!!! Great service, clean apartment, perfect location.

Nice condo, good location

Initially I thought that I would be checking into a lobby at the front of the building. When I called the desk number, an agent came to greet me and show me to condo unit which was above the hotel section of the building. For the price, I was not expecting anything extravagant. The unit was clean, comfortable, located across from the beach, and had daily cleaning service. The three elevators available can be a hassle during peak usage hour. Very nice view in our room on the 43rd floor. Would stay there again.
