DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY ( SCAM )

I tried to contact the property as per instructions given via email before our stay. All phones dead and no reply via hotels.com mail system. When we turned up to the Panorama Building the reception tried to contact the property manager without success. We ended up booking another HOTEL because we couldn’t get contact for the keys to the apartment. Will never book another apartment ever again. Hotels.com have refused to intervene and said they cannot get my money back as they too cannot get hold of the property manager. In my years of travelling and especially in Vietnam this property is definitely a SCAM
