The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections. Very much the same for every morning. Beside the breakfast buffet, the restaurant food is very pricey, too expensive. The hotel is very pretty, super clean, the beached has crystal clear water, sand beach. It is fun to swim and do some sport activities on the beach. Safeguard is always on duty. It is safe to swim. Staff are nice, polite and provide excellent service.

Service was horrible. We waited with 2 kids more than 20min before anyone came to see us. We are gold members and they refused to upgrade our room when all rooms were available. They asked us to pay to upgrade. We don't recommend this hotel at all. Luxury Vinpearl is a wayyyyy better choice for all aspects!

We had a great family vacation here. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms villa. The staffs were attentive and on time when we needed a lift. Variety of dining options. Would recommend to friends and family. We would come back for a longer stay in the future.

Overall a good stay. We were impressed with their service. We booked a room with a child. They have prepared a separate bed without us requesting upon check in. If you are planning to visit Vinpearl wonderland, will recommend to stay here to save time travelling. Breakfast spread was good. Hotel is clean.

Proper 5 star resort experience. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We left our passport in the safe and almost missed our flight but the staff did their very best to get it to us before takeoff. Highly recommend

The property is nice and well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful. My family and I stayed in a 2-bedroom villa which has a private pool. The villa is big and beautiful. The view from the villa is incredibly nice. We definitely will come back.

Nice resort in Nha Trang. Staff are very friendly and professional. The only bad thing is you are not allow to bring food and beverage to the island, so the water and soft drink are quite expensive compared to other places

The rooms, beach and amenities are 5 star beyond but be very aware that you are isolated on an island. Let’s say you catch the speedboat to Nha Trang City you cannot bring ANY food or drink back without a $50 USD fine. I was pretty fed up that I discarded my solo pot noodle!! It’s rather like Disney with their food and beverage charges enforced throughout. The beach is better than the photos as are the rooms. A big plastic problem on the beach. I swam twice and both times got entangled in carrier bags. They have a man picking up waste but they need more manpower. A sad reality I guess in our oceans at present.

Travelled with kids and we stayed 3days/2nights. My kids love this place & wants to stay longer. There is so many things to do and see specially the VinWonders you will need at least 2days to check out all the theme park areas.

After I checked in, I found broken glasses in the fridge and the room was so dirty. I contacted the front and had to change the room. The new room also had a problem that the balcony overflowed with water that also came into the room. I had to contact the front again at the middle of night. The water is not working on the second floor in the morning. It was one of my worst experiences

We have just had another absolutely wonderful stay at Vinperal Nha Trang in a 2 bed beach front villa for a week from 28/2 - 6/3 (villa 6401). We used to stay in Vinpearl villas in Vietnam every year however with covid it was nearly 3 years before we could revisit the Vinpearl in Nha Trang. The weather was absolutely beautiful, the sand was like white powder and the beach was exclusive and clean. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and the services is second to none. Just wanted to shout out a massive thank you to all the staffs at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay who has made our time staying at Vinpearl NT Bay so pleasant and memorable this time: Mr Nam Deputy head of resevation for allocating the best beach front villa for us for the whole duration (6401 its right next to a Vip pool), Ms Dieu Deputy head customer service for accommodating late checkout and for your assistance during our stay, Ms Thuy Customer services for your attentive services, the luggages boys and tuk tuk drives who are all so friendly and helpful and accommodating with our little boy! We were a little disturb coz the villa that I booked was not ready until the next day. In fairness, they called and informed me that we will be billeted in Vinpearl Resort, another property within the island. It was the hassle of packing and unpacking as we moved from one resort to another that also took out some of our precious time. Both places were very good though. Note that this stay was when Vietnam is not yet open to tourist due to Covid. Not much people, not busy which made the place relaxing and clean.

Reception took over an hour long to check in! Front desk staff were NOT accommodating and had no sense of urgency. I was traveling with 12 adults, I had booked a 4 bedroom villa that slept 12 people. At the front desk I was informed that the villa has a maximum capacity of 8 adults and 4 children. No big deal right? Just charge me for the additional adults..no! They wanted me to book another three bedroom villa at a ridiculously inflated rate per night. I ended up having to book two other smaller rooms on the resort property in order to account for everyone in my party. When they gave me the price, it was much higher than the price that was available on Expedia. I asked them to minimally match the price on Expedia and they said no! Also, if I choose to book the rooms (at a lower price) on Expedia that I was have to wait another 2 hours in the lobby! So I bit the bullet and just paid so I could finally get into my villa. After arriving in my villa, it was very spacious and easily slept 12 adults comfortably. The property was clean and property staff were very kind and helpful. The room service food was awful! The inclusive morning buffet was good. Though the service was good at Ocean Hill seafood restaurant, the lobster costs more than in the states and the food was just ok. Vinpearl land was ok. The zip line is only by raffle, skyline luge had a ridiculous line- HOURS! But at least we were able to buy a fast pass. Overall I would NOT recommend this place.

Beautiful resort, the grounds and rooms are very nice. Service is good. Just a few things we wished we knew about ahead of time. This resort is helpful as long as you stay on the island. If you ask concierge for help off the island they will not give you any info. Also there is not an ATM on the resort. We later found one in Vinpearl Land but weren't told there was one there. You have to go off the island to find one. You can't bring outside food into the island. My son and family stayed in the Villas which the picture shows a kitchen with stove and fridge. So we assumed we could do some simple things in the villa...the room didn't have any dishes or cooking utensils. The food for breakfast buffet and restaurants was okay but after a couple of days all the food seemed the same. Also do not do any of the special events in the convention center. We paid 100$ US for a Christmas Eve Gala and it was terrible. The entertainment was awful and the sound system too loud. The buffet was a free for all and by the time we could get near it there weren't any plates left and over 1/2 of the serving stations were out of food.

Good resort
Our trip consisted of 3 nights at Vinpearl Island and 2 nights at mainland. The Resort was good, not a typical 5 star hotel considering cleanliness, quality of food, and programs at hotel. However, once I moved to mainland, I can understand why Vinpearl resort is 5 starred. I paied extra for ocean view, which I don't regret single cent. You must get the ocean view. Daily cleaning service is not very fast. Food is a bit different everyday, which was ok. The programs they say they do didn't really happen, which is why I didn't give an “excellent” face.

Cozy, Comfort and Peaceful Place in the island
Really conveinent for staying with activities in the island. But some services are expensive a lot as compare to the quality of its service. Anyway, If you want to spend your vacation without moving busily around the city, it would be the best choice. The swimming pool and 3 meals are quiet good.

All things satisfied except crowded buffets
Clean and calm environment. Nice staff and service. But there aren t specific buffets for village customets, so they should have meal with all hotel customer at the central building. It was crowded and a little far to move from the village. And when I carried a bowl of hot rice noodle, one woman hit my arm and hot soup was spoiled on my hand then I got burned a little. This show that a specific buffet is needed for village customers to have a meal more calm and peaceful. All service was good and they managed all task fast and immediately.

Overall nice hotel, a good 4 star rather than a 5 though. Of the positives - nice private beach, large swimming pool and the hotel was well kept. Sadly for me the negatives outweighed the positives, namely the fact that it faces a mock Disney theme park, travel to and from the island is time consuming, the sea seemed to be a magnet for plastic pollution and worst of all the sheer price of food and drinks on the resort. The buffet dinner was extortionate for Vietnam prices, but having to pay 100k VND (USD 4.30) as your only option for a 1.5L bottle of water in a beach resort where you can't drink the tap water is bordering on criminal. For that I couldn't recommend staying there.

Room is generally good, except the drawers are a bit dusty. The dining options are limited, as there is only one buffet and alacart option. The location is at island, so riding speedboat, play at the amusement park is fun.

The property accessable by ferry only great service. The pool area was not waiter attended and needed to go to bar for food/drinks. Pool area not cleared of used glasses each day. Pool was unable to be used one day it was green and taped off to guests. Breakfast good and many options. Unable to take any food or drinks into the resort. Vending machines witb snacks/drinks would have been great. Staff need to have basic english skills very difficult to communicate.

Well below 5 star standard
Overpriced and well below 5 star standard, room fixtures were falling apart. You are forced to pay a premium price for every item on the island once you get there and they could not accept an Amex credit card, meaning i had to pay cash for EVERYTHING and it was extremely annoying being around a resort with your wallet counting cash. The room service was also very delayed. Only good aspect was the beach, but other than that I would not recommend staying there. My wife and I wasted 3 precious days in Vietnam by staying at the Vinpearl Hotel.
