Ana is amazing !! WhatsApp me prior to my arrival, help plan my Ninh Binh itinerary. Customer service to the next level. We booked a bungalow only to found all kind of bugs on bed and in the room. Excellent value for money - rooms nice and clean enough. Breakfast is basic but nice that its included. I do think as most other resorts include free bicycle rental, that this should be included aswell. Dog in the corner of the hotel makes me really sad.
