Had an excellent stay. The only issue I had was not being allowed to check in taroubd 1:15 to drop off our bags a few minutes before our wine tour and to try and charge $40 for early check in. It was a Monday, the hotel was not busy so could have shown a little more flexibility.

We had an awesome time at Colonel Butler Best Western. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and they had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. They made our special day very special. The room was small but very clean and the breakfast was good too.

Great hotel. Small amount of rooms so not a lot of people. Walking distance to most attractions and dining. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was just the right offering.

It was a short distan e from downtown & it was quiet. Also breakfast was available at the hotel (continental style) plus there was a resturant right next store & a Tim Hortons across the street.

I really like this hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s very quiet. My mum and I come to NOTL atleast once a year and this is the one place we like to stay. I have never had a bad experience here. Than you!
