Es un motel muy básico. No tenían constancia de nuestra llegada y tuvieron que llamar para comprobar nuestra reserva. La habitación estaba sucia y no tenía ni jabón de manos. A pesar de la amabilidad del recepcionista, creo que no repeteriamos si volviésemos a Niagara.

When I arrived the girl dint know what she was doing, was confused. When I came to the room the doors knob was half broken, the faucet tap had the water and the shower tap was broken. My stay was for 2 nights, early in the morning the lady comes knocking on the door and said that if you wanted to stay more you'll have to pay and I had to explain that it's already paid for 2 nights. Then a different lady comes for the 2nd and 3rd time about the same issue. Highly unorganized. A huge disappointed.

This is definitely a lodge. It is very clean and we had no problems. However, the bathrooms need maintenance as it looks beat up. Owner was nice. Quiet area.

The worst experience ever.

It was the worst ever . no windows all are broken the owners stay till 3 am laughing next to the windows. . you cannot put ure legs on the ground so dirty . it was a nightmare . i took my wife and we runed away i woke up next day with a pain in my neck i took a refund of 79$ they didnt wanna refund me the 126$ /night but at least i got myself back . its a big disaster .

I liked the location of this property. It was very close to the falls. It had a place for us to sleep and shower and a fridge for drinks, and a microwave (which we didn’t use) we stayed for two days. When we arrived the employee checking us in was somewhat friendly. We went to the room and it was very apparent that it had not been cleaned since the last person. As in, there was still poop stains on the toilet, and no towels. I brought Lysol and cleaned it myself and asked for 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for my husband and I and he gave us one of each to share. The bed was basic, not the most comfortable bed, but for the price it was about what we expected. If you want a place to crash for a few hours and don’t want to spend much and plan on being in your room for most of the trip-and bring ur Lysol, this place would be an affordable option. We will look into somewhere else most likely next time though

The room had damage that was only partly repaired. When we flushed the toilet the sewer backed up into the shower. Way to expensive for what it is.

Ok for price and location

The place is ok given the price and location. The location near the attractions (walking) and the fact it is in a quiet neighborhood is really the only draw. Don't plan on spending any time at the motel besides sleeping and showering. The building is in disrepair but functional. The double room was standard for our family needs. Rooms were clean. Owner was responsive and caring.

This place needs to shutdown.. if possible destroy everything and build a new one... smelly place, dirty floors, dark stains on blanket, to name a few. Very bad experience... if we werent just so tired of travelling, we would definitly look for a new place... i would rate this place as —0, not even 0.01

Sucks!

We are not happy about it. we stayed for 2nights and we got so many things that upsets us. the motel room is not satisfying, the tv doesn’t work, the fridge was dirty we had to cleaned it. the water in the bath tub was so annoying, when you turn on the shower i could be so cold, and very hot at the same time. so i had to bath sitting on the tub and putting my head on the fossette. that was so prostrating. and we went out sunday morning, the hotel was not yet clean either, i had to ask for the clean beddings, tissue,towels and vaccum aswell. we did changed the beds. that was so upsetting. and during our last day i chose not to go to bath to lessen my prostration. so over all the hotel’s was sucks for us. poor sanitation.we paid $287 for 2days but we are not happy.

Room have hair everywhere, fridge, bathroom etc. Found a large bed bug on the pillow. No tv cable and all appliances where unplugged. Internet was so weak.
