Location was excellent, right there at Clifton hill. The rooms need to be updated, but very clean. A fridge in the room would be very beneficial for guests staying and also Kleenex in the room

Nothing fancy, just somewhere to sleep , out most of the time taking in the area, some concerns with the linens (pillow case and sheet), curtains had holes in them, can see they are well past their expiry dates , otherwise had a good view of Clifton hills from our room, and got ice at the reception, no microwave and no fridge
