"Property location, condition and amenities are great. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work well in one of the rooms. Room service skipped our rooms. Once reminded, still didn’t get to us. Parking on property is limited. Only were able to get off property parking. Rooms in the north tower, next to the elevators and vending machine area get loud. Noise can easily wake you up. Some sections of the indoor pools stay closed Monday to Friday. There are plenty of restaurant options at the hotel and across the property."

"The staff was great! The hotel is newly remodeled & everything is very clean & comfortable. All 3 days the proteins like eggs & sausage were very disappointing.There's a variety of breads, & cereal. The pastry is rubbery. The new shower floor is slippery. The staff gave us a rubber mat upon request."
