"Staff were very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. I think $25 for parking a night is just an added expense to the trip. I can certainly understand why people park in the casino covered parking rather than choose to leave their cars at the hotel. No grab bars in the shower which makes it very difficult getting in and out of the tub. No fridge in the room. I did inquire at the front desk and the employee did kindly offer to have one brought up to our room, but it really wasn’t necessary as I had a cooler which served my purpose. Otherwise, it was a great stay!"

"Beds were comfortable, room was clean and hotel was well-situated location-wise. Fallsview is the name of the road the hotel is on; not sure if you could actually see the falls from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and anything else we needed."
