We were amazed with the cleaning. Property is beatiful, but the cleaning, quiet and safety made it even better. Cuastomer service was great, they were very attentive and helpful. We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa! From the moment we saw the stunning house and its gorgeous, well-manicured garden filled with flowers, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room, the Italian suite, was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared with just the right amount of food to keep us energized throughout the day. But what really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality from our hosts, Jacky and Alice. They were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and caring, paying attention to every detail to ensure our stay was perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you, Jacky and Alice, for making our stay so memorable!

A really nice place with everything you need including breakfast. Yes, the breakfasts were a bit different than what we would normally have, but they were prepared with care and attention. Alice and Jackie were great hosts and so incredibly attentive. For us, the B&B was easy walking distance to everything. A great value and would stay again.

Jacky and Alice were incredible hosts and I felt welcomed from the instant I arrived. The room is private, large, and comfortable. I had an early morning the following day and Alice offered to make me breakfast. I'd never encountered such kindness before. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and I look forward to returning.

Susan and Jacky are amazing! Our rental was clean and cozy and the perfect location for our Mother-Daughter week in Niagara Falls. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, so yummy, and the plating was so pretty. And they did a great job accommodating my vegetarian daughter. If we are in Niagara again, we will definitely stay at Susan’s Villa.

Staying at Susan’s Villa was the perfect choice! Alice and Jacky were incredibly welcoming and kind. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. The room had a kettle, a small fridge, and complimentary toiletries, along with coffee, tea, and water provided as a courtesy. The breakfast they prepared was abundant and delicious. The place is very nice and quiet and the location is excellent—you can walk everywhere, and if you have the WeGo pass, the stop is just four blocks away. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Niagara. Thank you for a great stay!
