We loved staying here when it was the Crown Plaza, but the new rebranding is absolutely delightful. We felt like royalty with how thoughtful and kind the staff were at this location.

This hotel was super easy to check in and out off. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and understanding. Our room was perfect for us and the bathroom was beautiful, was a great room for what we paid. This Hotel is in a perfect place to walk wherever you want to go. Overall had a great experience, I would definitely book here again and recommend to others to book her too.

Not much we didnt like. As seniors, we tend to be pretty fussy. If you pay a bit more, the amazing views of the falls are worth it. The location being one of the original hotels is perfectly situated. The staff went out if their way and the updates are spot on ( with the exception of half walled glass showers, bit hard to navigate). But overall, from the 10th floor amazing dinner views, to the opening windows, where one can fall asleep listening to the falls, an exceptional stay, overall.

Would not recommend this hotel. Very dirty. Smoke filled room when they should be non smoking. Rooms are in terrible condition. Don’t waste your money. Go to another hotel.

Rooms are very small. Our 2 Queens beds were very tight fit. But the view was nice. Problem was finding the hotel and parking. It isn't easy to initially find and understand where to park. I had to go into the hotel and talk to registration desk person to find out how to park. Go outside and park then return to check-in.

Photos of renovations are not accurate to the actual quality of the renovations completed. Several finished in the room had not been done properly, messy paint, doors that did not close, and our shower head was broken.

can improve on room cleanliness. rooms dark and dingy. bedding does not smell fresh and clean. no shower door on our stand up shower so the water spills over onto the bathroom floor. no hair dryer. no extra blankets provided. pool water cool and uninviting, pool water temp might be suitable on a hot summer day. no jacuzzi option in pool area.

I was happy when there was a free room in the apa, but upon arrival we were told that the rooms were still occupied and we had to wait up to 1 mm. agreed and returned at the appointed time. and then the disappointment began! when they showed the registration number we calculated the 3 x multiple amount referring to the fact that the amount in the apa is before the tax and they calculated correctly. but in the apa everything is written clearly and clearly how much without tax and how much with the tax. and we tried to explain to them, but the staff insisted on their own. since we were tired of the daroga, agreed to their condition and paid 3 times the amount.

The front desk staff member at check in, while efficient and polite was not friendly. The parking was expensive. The bathroom had a build up of dirt/mold in the shower and along The shower floor baseboard. The toilet jiggled And we discovered on our last morning that the caulking holding the base in place had pulled away from the base. There was also no bolt. The Starbucks onsite was not a regular one and so the cost was extra expensive. The washroom and room were smaller than we expected based on all of the furniture. The shower pressure was great as was the body products. The half shower door however was weird. We were surprised that this was a Hilton property.

The location is good, the first line of the waterfall, it is very easy to get to any attraction. But the hotel is old, the room was very small, my husband and child and I were cramped, although we took it with two queen size beds. The food is not tasty, only one restaurant, and there is no bar to just sit and drink
