"The lobby is very nice & the room was clean with a great view of the falls. It was a close walk to the casino & our concert venue. The only thing we found disappointing was the television viewing. There seemed to only be antenna channels & on demand movies. "

"Check in with Troy was a little complicated the entire time he sounded irritated. Although I wanted to upgrade he told me to look up the nightly rates online myself. He did not explained where the breakfast buffet or pool were. Or which elevator to take. Otherwise facility is beautiful the other hotel staff from valet Sam to The Keg waiter named Omar was wonderful and super friendly. He explained the menu. For us and the kids it was a hit. Food is delish! I just wish some people who are...

"Unfortunately we didn't stay at tower Hotel we we're transferred to the Embassy Hotel which was good but we're really looking forward to staying at the tower.. maybe next time if the prices are right ( like last booking) but the staff was great and what they offered only the we were at a lower level "
