"A very good hotel for the value - rooms were very larger for Europe. Bathrooms were clean with a proper door for privacy. Staff were very friendly. The area was great, tons of restaurants within steps. 4 minute walk from old nice, 15 to the beach. 15 minute walk To Nice Riquier train station for day trips. Easily accessible via tram to airport. "I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good every morning. The location was good. It was only a six minute walk from the L2 Tram from the airport. It was also about an eight minute walk to the promenade de Anglais. Niece is beautiful with a lot of elegant buildings. If I come again, I would be quite happy staying at hotel Villa Victor Hugo."

"Le provincial was a perfect hotel for our stay in ville franche sur mer. Located just up the hill it made our travels to and from the waterfront very easy. So many great food options and shops line the small beautiful streets and set the most spectacular waterfront. The hotel was the perfect option to use as our base you bounce around the south of France with a train right in villefranche that gets you to nice, eze, Monaco and menton all within minutes. We will be dreaming of our stay there for...
