The worst part of the hotel was the smell in the room. We spoke to the staff but they did not help to fix it or move us to a non smelly room. It's on a busy road and is loud but we always bring ear buds to help so this wasn't too much of a problem for us. It was actually quite clean in the hotel. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. Location is fine, not far from the tram which takes you to the centre and a decent supermarket and bakery very close by.

Hotel no aircon in European heat

The hotel is aircon system broken. Hotel know but provide no info nor any alert on it, only throw customer into the room. When checking after in-room, front desk lady said no one will attend to it until following day, though ambient temperature is at 32c in the hot European afternoon. A fan was provided after dealing, made us stay in furnace and road noise for whole night. Very bad experience

Clean and spacious room | Reception staff was friendly and helpful; Overnight staff is security guards only, thus, it’s a bit challenging to communicate in English as the guard only understands French - however, we made use of Translation to help successfully. | Lift was out of service the 1st morning since we moved in and was still not working for the rest of our trips (5 days), which made customers hard to carry luggage/ walk back to the rooms.

Hôtel très confortable

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel lors d'une formation. Les chambres sont immenses et bien équipées, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner à 12€ est vraiment complet. Je vous recommande de demander une chambre côté cour car il y a beaucoup de bruit côté route. C'est un esat c'est-à-dire que l'établissement fait travailler des personnes handicapées ce qui donne un côté très familial et agréable. Par contre, je n'irai pas pour un séjour en famille à Nice car le quartier est assez excentré.

El hotel y el personal es lo mejor. Habitaciones grandes, limpias y buen servicio. El hotel, pese a estar a las afueras de la ciudad, se encuentra en una zona de tránsito ruidoso (la mitad de las habitaciones dan a la calle principal). En el barrio viven personas sin recursos, lo que le confiere una sensación de inseguridad, aunque no hubo ningún problema. Está bien comunicado 🙂 (5min al tranvía a pie) y diversas paradas de autobús que van a la estación de tren Nice-Riquier.

Très bien accueilli irréprochable , chambre spacieuse petit déjeuner excellent . A refaire si je suis de passage à Nice .Personnel au petit soin et la cerise sur le gâteau : le garage pouvant accueillir des véhicules genre espace pour 10 euros supplémentaires.

Séjour bruyant!

Hotel confortable avec assez vaste chambre et lit 160 ,wc séparés,balcon mais choisir une chambre sur l'arrière car les chambres donnant sur la rue sont bruyantes,petit déjeuner trés correct,personnel aimable.
