Great hotel and the staff helps arrange the tour to nearby cities. Close to the train station and lots of dinning choices nearby. The room is petite size but affordable.

Really nice stay at the Hotel D Ostend, really nice dinner At restaurant across the street, had breakfast at cafe about a minutes walk away… also got some things from a corner store close by, really nice experience… everything you need is literally a few steps away…

The pictures make it seem bigger than what it really as but as most hotels in France, all spaces in this hotel is small. The pictures make it seem they have spacious spaces but in reality they were matchboxes rooms, starting from the lift that was less than half a meter deep, the bathroom which i had to be a contortionist to use. The only positive is the rate but i don’t think i got my money’s worth for it.

The only faults were the shower temperature that would suddenly go really hot or cold multiple times within a shower, and that you could essentially here everything happening outside of your room, so if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend. Besides this, the staff we friendly, hotel was very clean, its perfect area wise to go anywhere (e.g., 30 mins to Monaco via train).

The bathroom had a toilet placed in the corner at an awkward angle, making it very difficult to sit comfortably. The window was single-pane, so street noise continued until 1–2 a.m., making it hard to sleep. There were no tissues in the room, and the blankets were dirty. Not happy with our stay.

It’s small but clean enough I think. Toilet is small. Wouldn’t suggest it for tall people and big people. You will find it uncomfortable. Might not be able to shut the door when sitting on the toilet. We are only there for a short stay so it’s ok for the price. Location is great with lots of dining options and good walk to the beach.

Good location, limited comfort

Small room on the 1st floor with a bathroom where I barely fit on the toilet. The room's window was looking inside the courtyard, but much of the view is air-conditions equipment all around. Room doors are impossible to close without loud bang, so some neighbours woke me up a number of times in the night. That said, the location is great, not far from the train station and in the middle of the shopping and living are (Coer Nice) and the reception staff were friendly.

Vom Check-in bis Checkout habe ich eine tolle Urlaubswoche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, sympathisch. Das Zimmer war klein, aber renoviert und sauber. In der Nähe befindet sich die Straßenbahn, die Shopping-Straße und zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 Minuten zum Meer. Es war ein prima Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

Chambre bien, petite tache orange sur les draps à notre arrivé. On a l’impression que ce d’à côté rentre dans notre chambre tout le temps car c’est collé et il doit sûrement manque d’isolation

La chambre possède de nombreuses taches d’humidité, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas convenablement et l’eau chaude s’est faite rare. L’isolation est horrible, j’entendais mes voisins de palier ronfler, au téléphone, parler… bref je suis déçue. Réveillée par l’alarme incendie à 3h30 ou 3h40 impossible de sortir de la zone de palier pour me diriger vers l’issu de secours car la porte coupe feu est non battante, heureusement qu’il n’y a pas eu un véritable incendie sinon ce serait désastreux…
