We stayed there before and had enjoyed breakfast, but this time, I regretted paying for it in advance because it's totally overpriced for what was offered ($25pp per day). I would recommend buying own croissants at the bakery. There is also a supermarket nearby. We paid $25pp for the 3 days we stayed and there was not much offered on the buffet and the coffee was barely warm. We were also charged $16 for 2 small cans of nuts we took by mistake.

Great experience

The service was great, the lady at the reception was very kind. The jacuzzy, indoor swimming pool and hammam are beautifully located, at at the perfect temperature. The rooms were renovated a few years ago, and are well designed. The bed was very comfortable for my sensitive back. The whole place is surrounded by a forest, and feels cozy and natural We didn't eat at the restaurant, and prferred tp have dinner in town.

Hôtel vraiment splendide, avec un nombre limité de chambres qui garantit calme et intimité. Le spa est excellent, avec jacuzzi, hammam, douche chromatique, tout est très bien pensé pour la détente. Mention spéciale à l’espace piscine et ses transats confortables, parfaits pour se relaxer. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours attentionné et souriant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût, très propres et parfaitement entretenues. L’hôtel est situé dans un cadre verdoyant, entouré de pins et d’oliviers, idéal pour un séjour reposant. Nous avons testé la soirée Brasero, un moment très agréable avec des produits de qualité, bien préparés. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, avec des produits locaux, du jus de fruits frais, et beaucoup de choix. Enfin, nous avons également déjeuné sur place et nous avons adoré la salade César, la salade de poulpe et la panna cotta à la fraise. Un établissement où confort, hygiène et qualité de service sont irréprochables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Belle propriété. Service médiocre

Très belle propriété avec vue sur la mer. Piscine et spas très bien entretenus. Cependant le service était médiocre, voire inexistant. Nous avons passé 2 jours au bord de la piscine et pas une seule fois quelqu’un n’est venu nous demander si nous souhaitions boire ou manger quelque chose. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception le matin de notre deuxième jour et le service est resté inchangé (inexistant) le deuxième jour. Le restaurant était fermé le jour de notre arrivée (lundi) sans que cela nous ait été notifié à l’avance par e-mail. L’accueil à la réception laisse à désirer, on nous a expliqué que nous avions reçu un e-mail stipulant que le restaurant était fermé le lundi mais nous n’avons pas reçu cette information. Une cliente de l’hôtel nous a fait part de son mécontentement pour les mêmes raisons: restaurant fermé + accueil peu professionnel à la réception. Dans l’ensemble séjour décevant pour un hôtel/restaurant 4 étoiles qui n’a de 4 étoiles que les installations. Le but de séjourner dans ce type d’établissement est d’avoir une expérience complète sur place avec les équipements, le service et le restaurant: marcher 20 minutes pour se restaurer, commander à manger à l’extérieur de l’hôtel ou attendre des heures que quelqu’un vienne prendre votre commande au bord de la piscine ne correspondent pas à l’expérience d’un hôtel de ce standing.

Großzügige, parkähnliche Anlage mit viel Platz. Ausreichend Liegen, schöne Pools und gutes Frühstück. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der sehr schöne Ort Vence ist zu Fuß in 10-15 min. Erreichbar (1 km). Dort gibt es zahlreiche Essens- und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Positiv im Hotel ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal aufgefallen, dass die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmerausstattung ausgleicht. Die Kapelle von Matisse ist 2:5 km entfernt, die mittelalterliche Stadt Saint Paul Du Vence 5 km und Städte wie Nizza und Antibes sind in ca. 30 min. Zu erreichen. Selbst Monaco ist in 45 min. Erreichbar, was für die gute Lage des Hotels spricht.
