"I just dislike the fact that the room I had booked wasn’t available for me. Which was totally unfair to me cause there was enough time for them to communicate with me before my check in. Not allowing me to show up n then tell me,"

"I think because I booked with Hotel .com we were put upstairs on third floor in a small room,a/c did not work properly woke up each night in 82 degrees told front desk some one went up to fix it but the heat still went up in the middle of the night, overall we love the inn and will go back but won't use a third network to book."

"It was just as expected but fair warning: no ride shares in the area so if you’re looking to get sauced at a restaurant nearby pack some walking shoes. Also the tap water runs less than clear, leaving dark specks of grit in the sink. Kinda nasty. Rinse after brushing with a bottle of water or something. Shower seemed ok though. Good parking situation."
