"Lovely stay at this hotel. It was reasonably priced and offered great value for money. The location is excellent- very close to both the beach and the city centre. Parking is available outside the hotel for £5 if paid at reception (otherwise it’s £15 at the meter). There is also city council parking very close by, available for £5 for 24 hours. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again."

"Stayed in the private double room for the second time, excellent value for money for the location! Room is surprisingly well equipped for the price, smart TV, modern private bathroom, double bed etc. Nice to not be 2 single beds pushed together. Only downside was that the shower had small amounts of mould around the bottom and the walls are a little scuffed so could do with a bit of love, but ultimately you get what you pay for, so value alone gives this place 5 stars."

"The room was fine however there was a synthetic air freshener smell I hated. I think it was placed under the bed. If we had stayed longer I’d have asked for it to be removed but we were in and out quickly. The room was good for our requirements. The inn itself looks wonderful. We had a quick drink before we went elsewhere. Wish we had eaten at the Fountain as breakfast was superb - 10/10. Staff were all incredibly nice, happy and chatty. "
