"AC in the main area of our suite leaked inside the room. Looked like staff used towels to catch the water. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Staff were nice and accommodating. Bar area and live music were great! Pool was nice and clean. Water pressure was great for showers. Bed was soft and a good size for a couple. Location was central to most areas of Downtown Chattanooga. "

"King Room 5: General maintenance; The shower handle is very loose, will be a problem one day. No grab handles in the shower for bending over stability.. The pivoting mirror in the bath room was loose and would not hold its assigned position. There were no Kleenex in the room. The bed pillows were too thick and long. There was a sinkhole in the mattress. Nearly ran out of coffee sugar. Needs better instructions for keypad on door. Now to the Club House Breakfast- it was especially delicious and phenomenal. Enjoyed it very much. The mood music on in the room upon arriving was precious. Thank you. I would return! ,"
