"Very old rooms. No service until 3 days. Refrigerator made continuous noise all night. Only 3 bath towels. Breakfast was excellent with great variety. After one day cancelled our keys and had to go to office to have them redone."
"Nice hotel, seemed very expensive for a room with no water/boat view as advertised. Continental breakfast was subpar and they didn’t offer late checkout which was a bummer."
"The room was a standard room and the bed was very comfortable. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker was included and worked great!
The staff was excellent!! The continental breakfast was great with a wide variety of food and a wonderful breakfast lounge to eat in. The lady taking care of the buffet was incredible! The food was hot and she was always making sure the area was clean and restocked. She was happy and very welcoming!
Also the housekeeper was very detailed and positive too! Our room was thoughly cleaned and vacuumed every day. Also the soap , body wash , shampoo and conditioner was a good quality too!
The parking was great and right in front of our room 2 out of three nights. Our last night there we had to park on the far side of the lot where we could not see our car. "
"Pool is beautiful. Tiny gym with only one treadmill and it was broken. Staff don't tell you that the included continental breakfast across the street might be a 20-30 min wait even if you only want Continental. When we went, the place was about 1/3 full but we still had to wait 30 min to be seated and the wait staff was rude and not forthcoming about how the free breakfast worked. They just want you to buy from the regular menu so they get tips I guess. Could have been suggested to make a reservation and not had to wait. In town for my daughter's wedding so lots of moving parts. One guy from front desk staff very awkward and strange about some basic questions regarding checking in early since we had the wedding to get to at 3 pm and room check-in was 4. Happened again with the same person the following day when I was trying to determine if a family member was going to be in a room near mine. Not sure if he is new, untrained, anti-social etc but I felt like these were basic questions that he should have been used to fielding."
