"Great stay during graduation weekend on campus. We were appreciative of the small details-the grad goodie bag with a mini sparkling cider bottle, noise maker, candy, and small Kleenex that had a grad theme. They also had carnations that families could take for their grads. Very thoughtful. All staff was great! Breakfast that was included with our stay was great and included many choices. It was very good every morning during our 3 night stay. Room was spacious and clean.
Cons: The EV charger wasn't monitored very well and a car had been connected during the day and overnight. Multiple people were waiting to charge their vehicles. Maybe on busy weekends, there should be a charging limit? Regardless, it was so great to have that luxury right in the parking lot. No elevator in the hotel so make sure you ask for a bottom floor if you have someone in your party with mobility issues.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want something extremely close to campus."
"The receptionist argued with me what type of cc I was using like I didn’t know what I have. The hot tub was empty. The shower handle no matter where you set in dropped to the bottom so the option was burning hot or super cold. The breakfast hours are posted on the wall and there was hot chocolate and coffee no food whatsoever over an hour after it was supposed to start. The walls are super thin and you hear everything from the rooms around you."
