Best Western, Nicoya Peninsula hotels

"Very ran down, didn’t put new or fresh food out all day. The condiments sat on the counter the whole time we were there and never out into a cool space/ refrigerator. All our towels were stained and the 10 day beds to lay on are all very old and ripping. Would not stay again or recommend! "

"I stayed at the hotel. The room had an ocean view, was clean, and comfortable. The only inconvenience was that the AC wasn't cooling enough. I requested a technician to fix the issue, but none was ever sent."

"Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly but we found service to be slow (everywhere not just Diria). The pools were very nice and beach is great. The resort is in a great location. The rooms were unimpressive and the whole place is showing it's age a little but we would recommend this place. Very safe and easy to book excursions etc. "

"We had the most amazing stay at the W. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will say that the room was a little “lived in”. The leather was very worn on the sofa and there were stains on the throws. However, the property is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful, kind and accommodating and the food was fantastic. We would absolutely visit again! "
