Very Frustrated!!!
The hotel didn't even have our booking on their system!!! They also didn't have rooms available, so we had to find accommodation elsewhere.

We had wonderful breakfasts, and good meals as well with excellent deserts. Great rooms and view of the river too. Exercise room is there but bicycle was currently needing electronics fixed.
