"We enjoyed our stay at Art House Basel for the most part. The staff went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations and were incredibly helpful with getting our delayed luggage delivered 15 minutes before our River cruise departed (two full days after we arrived in Basel!). The location was perfect for sightseeing and art museums.
My criticisms:
The room lighting, especially near the vanity, was terrible. It created dark shadows and made it difficult to put makeup on.
The pocket door between the vanity and the toilet/shower room was very noisy/squeaky
There were no hooks in the shower/toilet room to hang clothes on while showering. We ended up hanging our own command adhesive hooks."
