Great choice for road trippers
Comfortable, big bed, free easy parking, right off the highway, great breakfast, and friendly staff. I don’t know why this hotel doesn’t have a better rating! We thought it was perfect. It is not a new property but who cares?

Property was nice. Area convenient to travel. Disappointed we did not have any pots, pans, plates, silverware or table settings. Fridge worked well though. Parking was a hassle if you came in after 8 or 9 pm. Other than that stay was great.

Check-in was easy. Reception staff very friendly and made it easier for us to check-in. The breakfast was good, facilities were good. Highlighy recommended if you're on road trip and need a hotel near the highway.

The complex appears a little run down but my apartment was spotless, the reception area and restaurant clean and welcoming and staff very helpful and friendly. I had a good night's sleep despite the proximity of the apartment block to the railway, and hearing my neighbours. I suspect it gets quite noisy during busy periods. I would definitely stay again on my travels through Europe.

Worst customer service
Randomly canceled room service. Then refused to answer the phone after telling me to call back and I had said that I was in a lot of pain and walking was difficult. In the end had to walk all the way to reception. Manager refused to come out and speak to me. After complaining he still refused to speak to me in person.

Nice apartment hotel
Right from check in, our experience here was very good. Check in staff was friendly and helpful and even arranged for there to be a couple of snack bags for us to take with us since were checking out before the breakfast buffet opened on the day of departure. The room was very nice, the bed comfy and we requested kitchen supplies ( pots, utensils, plates and bowls ) since we would be preparing some of our meals ourselves using the kitchenette in our room. A nice perk was being offered 5 euros a day for declining housekeeping, and ended up with 15 euros to spend in the hotel restaurant or bar, which we took advantage of. Even though our third floor room faced the train tracks with an express train passing by every 15 minuted or so during the day, the train was very short and we still enjoyed our stay here very much and will likely stay here again.

Good Place
This was a nice place and looked like the pictures. It was pretty hot in the room and a map of the grounds would have been helpful (the room is not in the main hotel building and the breakfast is in another building again; I wanted to eat in the restaurant one night, but couldn't find it). There was no housekeeping service either and the kitchen does not have utensils or a fridge. The morning breakfast is excellent. I would stay again.

Good base
We wanted a base from where to explore nearby towns. To that end this hotel was fine and fairly priced.Had supper twice at the hotel which was well presented and tasteful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

The room was big enough for two adults and two children, but the room was dirty and smelled. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, there was no elevator and the lights in the hallways did not work. The equipment in the fitness center did not work, and the restaurant was expensive and low quality. There are train tracks next to the hotel, and it is very noisy. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast buffet.

Spacious Room!
I stayed in this hotel for business. The hotel features several building with apartments which is very convenient if you want to prepare some meals yourself. The location is great and close to A3. It is a little far from my job, but the drive is easy. It took me 25 minutes to get to work door to door. The staff is very friendly. They do take VAT forms for tax purposes which is great! Food is great too. The breakfast was not included. It cost 15 Euro which is a little pricey, but the food choice was very acceptable for the price. I highly recommend Micador Appartementhaus!

I was not always able to use the wifi, I am in online college classes and reliable wifi is a must for me. Did not like that I had to ask for cookware or to pay to have English speaking channels. Everything else was fine

Good Off Season cheap stop
They rent summer apartments for rooms during the off season(late fall through early spring) as hotel rooms for cheap. Hat to find lobby, it turns out it is attached to a Ramada Hotel, so check in at their lobby. Clean, no thrills place to stay while traveling in Germany or stuck in Frankfurt Airport. About 30 mins from airport

Close to the Autobahn (A3), shopping (Penny, dm, Aldi etc.). Quiet, even though close to airport (Frankfurt about 20 minutes). Only downfall is parking, if you get back to the hotel after a certain time in the evening, and when events at the Rhein Main Theater. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Outstanding for the Price
We had a family suite that was more than large enough for us (2 adults with 2 small kids). The room was clean and very spacious. Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was plentiful and well prepared, and even the room service food was above expectations. We didn't have time to visit the spa or other amenities the hotel had to offer. Oh, and after we checked out and we were walking to our car we were chased down by a housekeeper who had found my daughter's stuffed bunny that she forgot in the bed. Huge thanks to him! We were VERY pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thumbs up!

For One Night Only
Convenient location, just off the motorway. Aldi closeby so you can buy some groceries. Convenient (Total) fuel station in the town. Apartments have no lift, so bags have to be carried. If on the top floor this could be 8 flights of stairs. Accommodation is spacious and has comfortable beds. It is clean and functional. Our room had lights not working, no plug for kitchette sink and a bathroom window which did not shut properly, though it was sufficiently secure. The kitchenette is basic, only a fridge and a double hob, no oven or microwave. The cooking utensils are basic, one pan and a frying pan, and some cooking utensils. The hotel does not provide washing up liquid or cloths, you need to bring your own. Rooms have a balcony, so on a warm evening you can sit out. Apartments are next to the hotel and you can use the swimming pool and spa. The swimming pool is the star shaped whirl pool in the photo's so do not expect to swim any great number of lengths. If you have children, please note the rules of the spa ban swimming costumes in the sauna. There is the possibility of fully unclad men and ladies walking round the spa, with no towel. Though to be fair, all were considerate and covered up when we arrived with the children. Parking is round the back by the railway line, could do with some maintenance in terms of cutting the bushes and vegetation back. The railway did not disturb us in anyway. Note you can walk straight up the embankment and onto tracks from the car park.
