"Amazing hotel. Our room with private sauna and Mountain View’s was the best room I’ve stayed in. Lovely staff and food also very delicious in the restaurant. Perfect stay!"
"One of happiest and most memorable holidays to date, thanks in no small part to this wonderful hotel!
We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. The bed was particularly large and comfortable and had no end board (important for me, being 6’3”!).
We took half board, and the food was of a consistently high quality. We particularly loved the salad buffet bar which was perfectly fresh every day and had such a wide range of salads to choose from. The main meal options were great too, and as a vegetarian, there was one option that changed each day. The desserts were generally great, although they did like putting savoury pea shoots on almost all of them which didn’t really work with the taste of the desserts! A very small point though …
The spa was incredible and it became our daily routine to get back to the hotel around 4pm and then have ~2 hours using the whirlpool, saunas, relaxation room and the sun loungers / parasols in the outdoor relaxation garden which felt so calm and peaceful. The facilities were very well maintained, with everything except one water jet mode of the outdoor whirlpool working perfectly — we were surprised that the spa was renovated / installed in 2006, it felt much newer.
The staff were always very friendly and helpful, which contributed to a very relaxed weeks stay.
A little piece of paradise!"
"The room is clean most of the staff are very nice breakfast is great the only things is the air conditioning is not so good but very nice place good location"
"The location is great. But the rooms have nothing to help the stay be a bit comfortable. There is no tea pot or coffee on the premises that we could see, so you have to go out to get a cup of tea, etc. It would be so nice to have tea! '
The breakfast is just fine!"
