"Plumbing was noisy and loud. You could hear every flush from the floors above"

"The breakfast was very good and the room was wall-to-walled bed. We had no standing room and it was crowded space with a toilet being the only seat. It's mostly a Muslim area, but everyone was very nice. The greatest feature about the location where the stores that were just a few yards away, and the tram was right there, and the staff was really so nice and polite and helpful."

"The lady at the front desk( Veronica) was nice and helpful, however the breakfast buffet team, not welcoming, aoumds rude, no smile on their face, when asking for something looks like asking a big favor, where the ask was about the spread container was empty, also the phone in my room was not working there was no wire attached."
