"My stay at the George Residence Banana Island, Ikoyi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and the unique blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service the property offered. The apartment was modern, tastefully furnished, and very clean — everything from the cozy bed to the fully equipped kitchen was designed for comfort and convenience. Albeit, the Wi-Fi was very slow and didn't have a good coverage of the whole apartment. Nevertheless, the serene atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. Housekeeping was provided to us timely and the security at the apartment was as expected for such a location. The apartment is situated in a very secure, peaceful neighbourhood, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and key attractions around the Ikoyi/Lekki area. Whether you're in the city for work or leisure, George Residence is an outstanding choice. A special mention goes to Emmanuel, a member of their staff, whose hospitality and professionalism truly elevated our experience. He was always courteous, easy to reach, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had everything we needed during our stay. Emmanuel is definitely an asset to the company! I highly recommend George Residence to anyone looking for a premium stay in Lagos. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. The little hotel is also in a great area, with good shops, services and especially welcome, a great bakery cafe nearby. The downsides: It doesn't look appealing from the entrance. And there is no reception area or check in desk, although the guards at the gate help you get up to your room. The hallways are unfinished, so walking to your room may have you wondering about your choice, but it's like walking into a whole other space when you open the door to your room. There is a very nice lounge on an upper floor where coffee/tea and a light breakfast are served. The breakfast itself, though, needs improvement."
