"Pictures don’t do this hotel justice. The outside looking in or the inside looking out, it’s such a beautiful hotel with friendly and yet very professional staff"

"An interesting boutique hotel. Decent service, appreciate the attempt at a European styled boutique hotel. Only issue for me is that the hotel needs a deep clean. It’s otherwise clean, but age is telling. That said, I enjoyed my stay and would honestly say I’d come back - even if just for the uniqueness of the concept."

"After I paid for this reservation, they charged my husband $15,000 naira because they said the money was too cheap for the room. When my husband went to the room, the air conditioner didn't work. The next room they gave him, the TV didn't work. The pool is filthy dirty that the staff told my husband he can't use the pool. My husband had to stay here for 3 days. Sorry to say neither one of us will ever return. "

"Upon arrival , they couldn’t find my fully paid booking through Hotels.com. I showed them my confirmation email etc. I had to make a separate payment for the night. I intended to stay 5 nights , but left the following morning due to the sub par levels of service and facilities "

"The room was old and outdated, the bed was small and no facilities in the room. No bottle of water. This was the first hotel in Nigeria with no coffe/tea, milk sugar and kettle facilities, I have been to. The check in boy Richard was very nice. But the manager was rude. The water coming out of the tap was brown water, disgusting and smelling and when I brought the attention of the manager to it, he was in denial. Asking to bring me to the water treatment facility. I don’t know how this will solve...

"I had an amazing stay at Movenpivk Hotel. First off, it had excellent security. There are guards at the gate 24/7 and staff stationed on each floor at night. The facilities are nice and clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. They were able to assist me with anything I needed. The gym is large and open 24/7. It is one of the nicest hotel gyms that I’ve seen in Nigeria. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and comes with a chef that makes omelets. I was able to have plantain, yam, and egg sauce every morning! Rooms are clean and quiet. Room service menu had a lot of good options. I didn’t take advantage of the pool, but I saw some other patrons enjoying it. Overall, an excellent experience!"
"The room was clean and the workers were very pleasant. The environment is clean and very nice.
Anytime I arrived at Lagos from New York I always stay at Eko Hotel. Is like over 15years now. I love it."
"Blowfish Hotel is all it promises to be; good environment, friendly and courteous staff. I look forward to staying there again in future, and would gladly recommend it to anyone.
If I could make one tine criticism, that would be to have a bedside lamp, so I don't have to get up to switch off the light after reading in bed."
"The service was excellent. Pleasant team members, great ambience. The food and service at the restaurant was also really good. I loved the attention to detail, from the smell, to the decor, to the personalized notes.
Keep it up!"
"I was too busy with meetings to try breakfast so cannot give any comments on that or food service. Before arriving I had serious reservations based on the affordable price, I worried that it would be a few nights of PAIN and DISCOMFORT.
I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of Reception Team on arrival, particularly Ms. Blessing - all staff are doing their best - for this price level you are getting the equivalent of any major city’s 3 star apart/hotel style comfort. Good value, everything worked, co complaints from me whatsoever - I will continue to use this property and encourage the management team to maintain this current standard, please please please
Overall 8 out of 10 "
