"The staff is absolutely amazing. Every single person offered a smile and genuine greeting. The breakfast was fabulous and the room gorgeous! I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Savannah. From the location to the accommodations provided but most importantly, the welcoming and helpful staff members- this was truly one of the best stays I've ever had whilst traveling. Thank you!! "

"Everything at the hotel was excellent, especially Spring and Steve and the rest of the food service workers. The only thing we did not enjoy was the parking issue. The location was great for walking or using the free shuttle service. Using the parking ramp was not easy because nothing was set up for an easy in and out of the hotel. We had to watch carefully for cars pulling in and out for the valet service and it was tricky to walk to the ramp and tough to drive in this part of Savannah."
