Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. "Very clean stay at a very nice property! Very safe area, brisk walk (about 16min but can walk along the water!) to Old Town Kotor. However, if you are bringing kids/require bathroom accessibility, I would suggest booking elsewhere. The bathroom is extremely small and water ends up covering the entire floor after a shower. Overall this is an amazing apartment and a nice place for a weekend getaway!"

"Really great service from check-in to check out. The reception staff were very helpful and polite. We stayed for a family wedding that was taking place locally and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious, very clean apartments and pool area is spotless. Local area has some shops and very affordable places to eat."

"Location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was as advertised and it was great having a place to relax each night that included a balcony, sofa/TV area, and kitchenette. Staff were very nice. Parking was a little tight and the pool was exceptionally tiny. We did have difficulty finding the place as Google Maps sent us in the wrong direction. It is hidden away at the end of a street and easy to miss if you don't know it is there."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Casa del Mare Vizura ❤️ The hotel is gorgeous, our room was beautiful, and the pool and spa were perfect for relaxing. The food was also amazing — breakfast especially was so tasty! You must book a room with a view because it was so beautiful to watch sunsets and wake up to in the morning. The terrace was perfect to watch all the boats and take in the wonderful view. All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming, but Yana deserves a special mention. She was honestly amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. She was always there to answer our questions, give us recommendations and help with anything we needed. She was so kind, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. Yana is a real credit to the hotel and definitely made our stay even more special. The location was also perfect for us — it’s only around a 10–15 minute taxi ride into Kotor Old Town, so really easy to get in and out without being right in the busy centre. We would absolutely recommend the hotel and would love to come back! ❤️"

I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was WONDERFUL. Confirmed the room, called the hotel to notify them of this error — and the representative received the same treatment; frank rudeness, not willing to listen. So this is the problem, the front desk and management and staff. Food, pool, beach, room…. All amazing."
