"The place was noticably dirty, I found moldy food hidden in the corner, a rusty moldy tub, different beds than the reservation, dilapidated hallways.... The building looks nice until you get to the rooms. "

"From a start to finish everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff including the front desk nightmare who I believe his name is John, and I’m so sorry that I forgot it. He is amazing. Did everything he could to make our stay completely wonderful and stress-free. We booked with no problem, he was knowledgeable, he was friendly, he was more than wonderful and the hotel was a comfortable and lovely stay. 10 of 10. Totally recommend. "

"THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! "
