"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "This by far the worst stay I ever had. I ended up the next day at a chiropractor office due to the worst night of sleep on the worst mattress. I left the hotel after the first night of 3 nights reservations. The room is slightly larger than a standard appartment bathroom. Barely could move around. The pillows were decorating pillows that kept moving around. No elevator to carry luggage upstairs. The entrance is located on a tinny dead end street, so you have to be a good drived to drive up and...

"It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Very well located. Staff friendly and helpful. However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. Also in the bathroom, the ventilator was making a high pitched squeaky noise.so overall rooms could benefit from some improvement. "
