The receptionist was amazing—she even upgraded us to a bigger room since I had my kids with me and we were celebrating one of their birthdays. The entire stay truly felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient bonus.
