A Great Option in Ninh Binh

The Vancouver is a good option for people staying in Ninh Binh. It's reasonably close to all the tourist attractions and has a large selection of nearby food options. The family who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and safe.

Great and clean family hotel

Great and cosy family hotel. Very clean and nice room. Great eggs for breakfast and perfect that we could store our bags at the hotel when we did a day tour. First hotel in Vietnam that I actually saw mention sustainability! Super friendly family staff and very helpful.

Awesome family run hotel

Vancouver hotel is a family run hotel with a few rooms. the family is very nice and helpful. the breakfast is beyond the ordinary, you get a lot of food. the hotel is located in Ninh Binh town but you can reach the tourist attractions by taxi. I would stay here again if im going to Ninh Binh town!

The room was fine the bathroom was very small. The staff were friendly. The breakfast should have been better. The thing that I liked the least though was that there was no elevator I do not recall reading that on the website or I likely would not have booked there. I have mobility issues and we had to walk up 34 steep stairs to get to our room every time we wanted to go out and back in you could also not arrive at the front of the hotel in a car so we had to park on the main road and bring our luggage in. We did have help bringing the luggage from the car to the hotel. It should be stated on the website no lift if it is there I missed it.

Nice hotel with the friendliest crew

A super nice hotel with a very friendly team! They’re amazing at taking care of all your needs, no matter what it is. It’s positioned about 10-15 minutes car drive from downtown Tam Coc, which makes the neighborhood quiet, however you must use a Grab to and from the hotel. Definately worth a visit, when coming to Ninh Binh/atam Coc!!

The friendliness and support of the staff has made this miniature hotel really a “home away from home.” At any time I feel more like I was staying with a relative than staying in hotel. The true is the Vancouver hotel is not as luxurious as other pricey grand hotels but if you are looking for a convenient, clean, quiet, and peaceful place for a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice stay at family-owned hotel

The Vancouver hotel is a great choice when visiting Ninh Binh if you’re looking for a place away from the touristy Tam Coc. The hotel was the cleanest hotel, we have stayed at in Vietnam, and the family made a lovely host couple with three sweet and friendly kids. Breakfast was simple and well made. It was included in the price and they asked what we wanted from the menu and made it fresh for us. We were very happy with our stay here and can highly recommend this hotel when visiting Ninh Binh as you can easily take a Grab to the national park.

Nice small hotel

Small family hotel with a very helpful and nice host. We came very early in the morning and woke up our host. We were offered a room free of charge in addition to the 3 nights already booked. Served a good complimentary breakfast. A little difficult to find the hotel for the taxidriver. Very beautiful and interesting surroundings, but the town itself quite dull.

While the Vancouver Hotel might be a 3-star hotel, it felt like 5 star in customer service. The hotel manager, David, and his wife were so kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, organized a motorbike rental for us, answered all of questions as tourists, and helped organize a cab for us. They even gave us a small Christmas gift as we were staying over Christmas. Apart from the service, the room was clean and had a shower with good pressure and hot water. Another highlight was the breakfast (included) which was excellent. It was so nice to have a home cooked meal which included the best mango I’ve ever eaten. I would go back just for the breakfast! Overall, they really went above and beyond in every aspect to make our stay enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Clean and friendly hotel. Manager was extremely helpful helping us change a Vietjet flight that had been cancelled. He was on the phone for over an hour with Vietjet.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for their hospitality! The room was carefully decorated by the family and was very comfortable but the best part was Tuan's effort to ensure we had a good time. He arranged for us to have Pho for breakfast and helped us get a driver for the day so we could explore the city which ended up being such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel and will bookmark in case I ever come back to Ninh Binh!
