"While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. "Clean and spacious room. The beds on the floor were not very comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff was very helpful in making arrangements when possible although they did not seem to know much about the Five Lakes area. Overall if you are interested in Hakone/Gora this is a great property. "
