"This hotel is connected to the station and to other shops. It is in easy walking distance of the street car which gies to the historic castle and shrine.
We were visiting for the fireworks and there was a map to show us where to go.
The staff are extremely helpful and polite.
We didn't eat in the hotel but the meals looked very nice and the cakes for the afternoon tea were always totally used ."
"From the time we stepped in to the lobby of the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya and checked out the hospitality was amazing!
We were always greeted with a smile. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. Nothing was a problem at all.
The room was very spacious, clean and the view was amazing from the 25th floor. No tall builds obstructing your view. You had everything you needed and more
The restaurant is on the 30th floor is a must if you choose to stay. The drinks and food are delicious and enjoyed with an amazing viewof the city! They have a happy hour which is a bonus.
The hotel is within walking distance to the Kanayama train station which was very convenient during our stay.
If you want to eat somewhere different one night there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance that you could try
Everything is all within walking distance, just out the door. Convenient stores, restaurants, train station and even a 7 eleven
Thank you again ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya and hope to visit again soon"
"The most hospitable staff, especially the Japanese front desk staff! The rooms are well maintained, although I am not a fan of the strange, bouncy "tatami" floors (and the small dead roach in the bathroom area was a bit shocking). I love the drinks lounge with the gachagacha capsule machines. The meals were amazing and fun!"
