"Everything and everyone was great however we were booked on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. We had luggage to tote up and down the stairs. Help was offered with our bags. Not a biggy but just an inconvenience."

"Everything was great, we had dinner in Montanas but food was cold when it got to the table. The manager of the restaurant was very nice, didn’t discount the meal and gave us a piece of cheese cake. We ate the food as we had been traveling all day and were so hungry we ate it. He did offer to wait ..."
