"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I loved the integration of modern convenience & styling while keeping the historical feel of the castle. No problems at all with the self check in, the key box was easy to find & the fob was easy to use. Breakfast was super tasty and plentiful with made to order eggs. Delicious cocoa was brought out for our boys while we enjoyed cappuccino, espresso and fresh orange juice. My only regret is not booking 2 nights so we could explore the area a little more and take the tour."
